Get enough sleep and wake up early 

Good sleep is one of the essential lifestyle habits for a healthy body, mind, and soul. Our body and mind need time to rest and rejuvenate, and we need to get enough sleep to care for our body and mind that tirelessly works to keep us alive and functioning. 

The ancient texts say that waking up early before sunrise is one of the healthiest things for our souls. When our rhythm is in alignment with the rhythm of mother nature, of the sun, and the natural world, we naturally lean towards a healthy life. 

To wake up early and to get a good night’s sleep, it is also essential to sleep early. If you sleep too late and attempt to wake up early, it gets difficult as you still feel sleepy in the morning. But, if you sleep early and get a good 9 hours of sleep every night, waking up early feels natural, easy, and fresh. 

Spiritual practice

The vocabulary we use in our day-to-day lives shapes our lives on deep levels. So instead of apologizing frequently, also learn to say thank you. For example, if you are late, then you can say sorry for being, and thank you for waiting for me. 

These simple words help us feel less bad about ourselves and more connected to others and ourselves. 

Let your purpose guide your passion 

Passion and purpose are two essential things in the life of many human beings. When we feel like we have a purpose, life becomes worth living, and every day feels like an adventure. Purpose makes us feel alive.
