U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services to visit Taiwan

Alex Azar, The Secretary of U.S. Health and Human Services, will be visiting Taiwan in the coming days. This visit will strengthen the relations between the USA and Taiwan.
And this new strengthened relationship and corporation will help both countries combat COVID-19 even more effectively. Alex praised the way Taiwan responded to the pandemic. He appreciates how the Taiwanese government being a free and transparent democratic society, managed to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Azar will meet with Taiwan health experts to discuss their strategies regarding COVID-19 response. The U.S. has much to learn from Taiwan, as only seven people have died in Taiwan from the coronavirus with approximately 500 confirmed cases.
