Vitamin C and Iron Synthesis

There are various vitamins, minerals and micro-nutrients that perfectly synchronize with each other. Vitamin C is a great micro-nutrient absorber, especially of Iron. It’s a good idea to intake foods rich in both of them together. Some examples of this combination is Dates (rich in Iron) and Citrus Fruits like Orange and Limes or Kale (high amounts of Vitamin C). Healthy Iron levels will result in better blood purity and detoxification rate of the lymphatic system.
